California Republican gubernatorial nominee Meg Whitman acknowledged Wednesday that she paid an undocumented worker to clean her residence and provide other services in her home for nine years but insisted that she had been unaware of the woman's immigration status.

I think this is really wrong to do. When you have a worker that is working for you for 9 years and then just fire the worker, specially in this hard and difficult financial time. This is really unfair and cruel also The controversy poses potential threats to Whitman's campaign.
